FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve answered some of the most common questions from parents below.
If there’s anything else you’d like to ask, feel free to contact us anytime.
Can I stay and watch the experience?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and observe.
Some experiences are more engaging when children participate independently, but you are always free to remain nearby and see how your child is doing.
What if my child doesn’t speak English well?
That’s completely okay.
Our instructors communicate clearly and patiently, using simple English along with demonstrations and visual guidance. Children are able to follow along even without strong language skills.
What if we are late?
If you think you may be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but in some cases the experience may need to start on time out of respect for other participants.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothing is best.
Some experiences may have specific recommendations (for example, easy-to-move clothing), and we will include those details in your booking confirmation.
Are experiences private or shared?
Most experiences are held in small groups.
We keep group sizes limited so each child receives individual attention. Private sessions may be available for some experiences—please contact us for details.
What if my child is shy?
That’s very common, especially in a new environment.
Our teachers are experienced in working with children and take time to help each child feel comfortable. There is no pressure to perform—children are encouraged to participate at their own pace.
What if my child has dietary restrictions? (for food experiences)
Please let us know in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs where possible, or advise you if an experience may not be suitable.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Safety is a core part of every experience.
We maintain small group sizes, provide clear guidance, and ensure each activity is appropriate for children. You can read more on our Safety & Trust page.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible.
Because we keep groups small, spaces are limited and can fill up quickly—especially during peak travel seasons.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need, including location, schedule, and what to bring.
If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time.
